Should i worry about this?

I am 10 weeks pregnant. Last night when i wiped my self i noticed some red blood. It was very little. What worries me is that after that i suddenly felt normal. I don't feel pregnant anymore. I was so sick for the past 5 weeks and didn't eat or drink much. Now i feel fine, but very nerveous about the spotting. Has anyone gone through something like this as well. Should I be worried?
