We found out 5 weeks ago that I'm pregnant. This when I had even stopped thinking about ttc. I am PCO

I went for my second u/s on Thursday and they couldn't see anything inside the gestational sac. Technically this should've been the sixth week. The u/s they did two weeks earlier showed a sac too. The one on Thursday was a little bigger (11.4mm). The doctor's advice at this point is to get a d&c done.
