			<description><![CDATA[ I also have SPD and it is hard to explain to people why being pregnant hurts. It's also embarassing when they ask where I hurt depending on who asks. This is my third and probably my last child, so I'm not concerned about future pregnancies, but I am concerned about after the birth. I hope once I'm not pregnant anymore the pain will go away or at least improve. I'm having a c-section due to  placenta previa, anyway and I'm thinking the abdominal birth will be easier on my pelvis than a... ]]></description>
