I had my first child 5 months ago. I had known about my slight placenta previa during the pregnancy, but was told the placenta moved enough that I was able to deliver vaginally. After the second birth I have started to look for answers and explanations. When I had my first child, they told me the trouble with the placenta would not happen again, but it did. There are no reasons why this should happen to me(no c-section, no surgery in my uterus, except removing the placenta), but it has.

I was happy to find this board some weeks ago when I was first diagnosed placenta accreta and then placenta percreta. I also had a placenta previa.

Well, a week after my percreta diagnosis I was at the operating room for c-section. Luckily I was then at week 36.
So my healthy baby boy was born soon 4 weeks ago.

My placenta was grown throug my uterus and bladder so the operation took place in a very specific operation room. I have had 3 D&C's since 26th of January and there is still a mass stuck in the muscle. So they say it is at least Inrcetta. They haven't done an MRI.
Tomorrow they are starting me on Methotrexate (Chemo) followed by another D&C if the Chemo works. Dose this sound right?

My first pregnancy ended in a stillbirth with no known cause. But when I delivered him i ended up having placenta accreta. My ob did not tell me if the two was related. The way he talked it was two seperate instances.
My second child was fine was born by c section by same doctor because she was breech. He did seem to think I could have a bi cornuate (SP?) uterus . But that was all he told me with my second one.
