With My son I had to have an emergency C setion at 37 weks due to rising blood pressure and the fact that my pelvic bone could not spread enough to accomidate his head ( 13 cm at birth)
Today I found out due to the size of baby they will again be sectioning at 37 wks and 4 days. They want to make sure that I do not go into labor after she reaches a certain weight ( approx 6 and 1/2 lbs at 34 wks 4 days) So they are looking at her being around 7 - 7 1/2 lbs as of the 19th ( 15 days from now) and say they will take her then. I do hope for labor so I can attempt a V Bac before the slice and dice date but have (thankfully) come to terms with the fact that if I DO have to have a c section there was nothing else I could have done. It seems kinda pointless to have all this SPD pain and such to end up in a slice and dice but if that is what is meant to be so be it
So come what may as of October 19th of this year I will have my gorgeous baby girl home with me.

. But I have to say that after going through 2 labours with SPD, it will probably be the best thing if she gets bigger. My babies where only 5 lb 8 oz and 5lb and it hurt like hell (thank god for drugs) 
I had to be so careful about how far I could open my legs, and when youare in pain already, the line kinda gets hard to judge. But if you go over that line, then SPD can cause some permenant damage to the pelvs 
, you do have to be so carefull.
